Breast implants are among the most frequently used medical devices for aesthetic and reconstructive purposes. We present A 24-year-old female with a growing breast mass was diagnosed with Primary Breast Lymphoma (Non-Hodgkin's Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma). She underwent successful R-CHOP chemotherapy, resulting in complete remission. Follow-up imaging showed no distant metastasis or significant residual disease, with silicone implants intact and no pathological uptake.
